I agree with ObsidianWolfess -- it's nice to have an "Anthro" stamp rather than a furry stamp. I know it may sound like a strange distinction, but it's nice to have

Anthro means you are animal and human mixed features.
Furry means you are fluffy, stupid, horny, ballsy and you're not afraid to flaunt it.

Kin Awareness is a project that was an idea that I had for a few years (since 2004), that never really went away. I have created 4 deviantart Stamps (for subscriber journals) in order to spread the word around deviantart (and hopefully beyond).

What is the word? Well, Kin awareness is to help people know and understand "We're out there". Be it modern vampire, therian, otherkin, or a mixture of things, the goal is to spread awareness!

I have created these 4 stamps to show the major branches of Kin as well as an all around support stamp.
I did not include animals or creatures... instead used neutral symbols within all of the community.

I hope that you will support kin awareness by putting one of these in your journal.

Kin Awareness is not necessarily for Kin, nor is the object to take over Deviantart. Just to show others that we are out there. In my opinion artists are the easiest to reach as far as being open minded, I feel this will help in the long run, I don't know quite how yet as this is a work in progress.

What are kin?
Kin or Otherkin, make up a sort of spiritual and metaphysical lifestyle. This lifestyle can include Therianthropes, Modern Vampires, Draconian and etc otherkin.
